If you’re a beginner and don’t quite know how to use an electric toothbrush, don’t worry. We’re here to help. All you have to do is follow these steps: Moisten the toothbrush Before turning on the toothbrush, wet the bristles and put a small amount of toothpaste on them. Turn the toothbrush on once it’s touching your teeth. Aim the bristles You should aim the bristles of your electric toothbrush between 45 to 90 degrees along your gum line and teeth. To brush the top of your teeth, hold the toothbrush flat against their top surface. Repeat these steps for two minutes. Rinse the brush head Once you’re done, rinse the brush head. If your electric toothbrush is not waterproof, detach the brush head and wash the bristles. You can rinse it without removing the brush head if it’s waterproof.
